Headline: short, personal and specific (e.g., “My chemo experience — what helped with nausea”). Write in first person, 200–600 words, empathetic and support-focused. Share facts of your situation, feelings, questions, or what helped you. Do NOT pitch products, solicitate, or fundraise; if you link a study include a plain-language one-paragraph summary. Expect moderators to remove posts that read like ads or blogspam.
