Headline: concise first-person symptom summary with age/sex (e.g. "27F — lip swelling"). Write in first person, include age/sex/height/weight/meds/timeline and diagnostic images when relevant. Typical posts are medium‑long and clinical in tone. Upvoted: clear histories, objective findings, photos, and outcome updates; removed/downvoted: vague posts, nonmedical promotion, impersonating clinicians, or requests for prescriptions.
