Headline: a first-person confessional ('My...', 'I...') or direct question. Body: medium-length (a few paragraphs) personal anecdote or specific question; openly vulnerable. Tone: earnest, supportive, non-judgmental. Posts that share lived experience, concrete coping tips, or sincere questions get upvoted; memes, marketing, quick-fix/product pitches, or AI-generated content are removed.
