Dominant post formats: discussion, question, story
Headline: a direct question or concise reflection. Write in first person, candid and practical. Typical length: short–medium posts (roughly 100–400 words). Tone: professional, humble, experience- or advice-focused. What gets upvoted: thoughtful career stories, concrete questions, practical tips and real-world examples. What gets removed/downvoted: off-topic marketing, blatant self-advertising, or low-effort posts.
