Dominant post formats: discussion, question, news
Headline: clear and empathetic (e.g., “Need advice: Mom’s memory declining”). Write in first person, short-to-medium length (one to a few short paragraphs), calm and supportive tone. Posts that share caregiving questions, personal updates, or vetted news sources get upvotes; sensational/cure claims or anything that looks like an ad or fundraiser gets removed.
