Headline: short, specific first‑person situation (e.g., “My wife is an alcoholic,” “I lost my husband to alcoholism”). Write in first person, medium-length posts (several paragraphs), raw and vulnerable tone. What gets upvoted: honest personal stories, grief, milestones, concrete questions asking for support or advice. Avoid judgmental language, advice disguised as promotion, or any sales/soliciting.
