Post as link+brief text or short self-post — prefer first person when sharing experience. Typical length: concise summary (2–5 sentences) with 3–5 key takeaways. Tone: professional, practical, evidence-based. Upvoted: actionable guidance, real examples, standards references; removed or ignored: off-topic chatter, low-effort posts or blatant spam.
